It’s no secret!

There has never been so much fitness and nutrition advice available to the general public than right now. We are surrounded by information via websites, TV, newspapers, our best friends, academics, and hairdressers. From super-foods, to super gadgets we are inundated with diets, products, and empty promises. Unfortunately much of this information is wrong, unsafe or  just a marketing spin trying to sell you another product or pill. This information overload has made it difficult to figure out what’s right, what’s wrong and what will actually work for you.

It’s amazing how many people still believe there is a shortcut to their goals or a magic pill. Many people look at others who have achieved their fitness goals and wonder “What is their secret?” The answer is simple… THERE’S NO SECRET. We have known how the human body functions for decades now. We know what foods the body prefers for fuel, the signals we send through our choices and the responses the body returns to us once those choices are executed. There are no magic fitness fairies or wonder pills. Real lasting change is based on simple changes in behavior and diligent effort, period.

XO Create! Fitness was born out of change. . .

Change is what we do best. We change minds, bodies and lives each and every day. Jim Stringer started XO Create! Fitness because of his own personal transformation and how it changed his life. Seeing the power of a three tiered approach in his own life empowered Jim to bring his expertise and methodology to his clients and community.

XO Create! is based on a very ancient yet relevant principle – We are the things we do, we are made of the foods we eat, and we become the thoughts we think.

XO Create! Fitness offers four main types of personal training:

  • In-home private training for those with home gyms.
  • One-on-one personal training at select local gyms.
  • Personal training in our private fitness studio.
  • Virtual training online with progress checks and feedback from a personal trainer (this is a great option for those with home gyms or club memberships!).

Our personalized approach combines positive feedback, accountability and our extensive education of exercise physiology, nutrition and biomechanics to help anyone of any age and experience reach their goals.
